He asked if we wanted it pasteurized and before Claire could answer I said let's just get it to our chins we can splash it on our face. I thought Claire was going to fall on the floor laughing. Hummmm.....don't they have pasteurized milk in the U.K.? I don't get it either.
So I said to myself, I said "Handee"
and this voice came back and said..
"He's not in, may we take a message?"

I can't believe it, I'm going to have to go undercover (which I'm used to).
OMG I can't believe Jo would send these things over to the U.K.

What an exciting time! When the milk cartons started showing up in London, James (Crotchrocket) and Claire felt it best if I got out of town. Afterall, I am traveling without a valid Passport and James said it would be next to impossible to get a work Visa in my line of work. The one thing nice about the VX family is they take care of their own and I've had all kinds of offers (no pun intended) to come and visit.
So under the cover of darkness I left London and traveled by rail to Kettering. There I was met by my new found friend Alan Bradley.
    What a neat Astral:

From Kettering we traveled by VX to Corby, U.K. (Alan was nice enough to let me ride inside). I also felt I could help him fit his new inside pillow type seat covers.....lol.

Oh it was so nice to be back among the "Big" bars!(reminds me of Jo's)

And then I was whisked away be a "Dashing" gentleman.

Oh my where am I'm going to next? This is all soooo much fun.
P.S. To my VX family more when I can.

    Dear ORW,

It was lovely to have you to stay for the weekend - I'm just sorry we couldn't spend longer together before I said goodbye to you in Trafalgar Square this morning.

Next time we'll have a good chance to get dirty in the VX and see a little more of the country.

I hope you enjoy the rest of your travels,

    Alan

You dumped my lovely 'amongst' the pigeon cr@p ....

    Oh such foul humiliation.

She'll doubtless wander innocently into the heart of Soho....

..and then who knows what sordid adventures she'll partake of.

......I'm beside myself with torment and anguish....

Come home my sweet Plastic Princess , call me collect and I'll send a Pre paid , luxury padded Fed-Ex envelope...all is forgiven.

    I'm worried stiff....

I have to see her 'perched 'on some mustachioed cads fender like a modern day Isadora Duncan.
Sure , put her in danger of ripping her head off , thats hospitality right there!

I fear she'll require some serious plastic surgery...

..... if she ever finds her way home.

It seems I was worried that way once, but I can't remember what about.

I sure hope she doesn't fall in with the wrong crowd.
Oh and what a generous offer....padded postage paid Fed-Ex
Bet that sure excites the girl.....lol
Oh and I loved the Milk Cartons in the U.K. "If found contact the American Embassy". Bet the girl keeps moving.

Oh my gosh ! I never woulda thought of that...I'm so glad she's not wearing a long scarf.....for you younger VXrs Isadora Duncan was a great stage actress when I was a kid....and died a horrible death.(look it up yourself).
However I can't blame her for fleeing (the ORW)...she prolly thinks the Bobbies are after her.
