Your thoughts on some new tires.....

Or I could just get the same tires I have (Nitto Mudd Grapplers) in a 35x12.5 R20 and either keep the same rims I have (likely) or get the first ones listed, they are growing on me..... opinions

The swampers are pretty much an off road tire...they will wear fast, be loud, and not corner very well. If you want those characteristics in a better performing tire I would go with the BFG Krawlers...

I have the bfg mt km2's and I'm pretty pleased with them.
On road isn't too bad and they have a tread pattern with a touch of krawler design influence.

Ryan--- Your tire decision is way too easy. Since you're lifted so high and on 20's, there is only ONE tire on the market that will do for "Little Beast":

    Yokohama - Geolandar M/T-Plus in 37x12.50R20 (Part #00194) (36.9" O.D./77.8 lbs) and sells for $350.83 each at www.OnLineTires.com.

Forget 35's, go bigger with 37's!!! Plus; you can't just tie with L-Dub's 35's, you must "beat" L-Dub as the supreme VX with 37's. To see if 37's will fit on Little Beast, take a tape measure from Center Wheel Hub and measure out 18.5" (half of 37") to see where they would ride within your wheel wells (measure both front & rear). I predict you have enough room (if not, make 'em fit).

Keep your existing 20 inch wheels, as they are bling-bling gorgeous in bright sunshine (plus you'll save money by not buying new wheels).

As usual, your VX looks awesome and it will frickin' rule with 37's!!!

    DANG...

Somebody shoulda told me it was a contest...

As usual, great opinion riff, BTW your link won't work with a smilie in it...

    Try this one - http://www.onlinetires.com/products/...GN+120q+d.html

Since there is no image on that site...

As an afterthought, I want to thank riff for implying that my VX is the "supreme VX"...I really don't think of the old hot rod as "all that", but it's nice to know that riff does...

    Unless Ryan gets 37's...

Sorry Ryan, I'm still a fan of the Mud Grappler, I thought you were in lust with the trail grappler....

Dude, I think your Ebony is CHERRY. But the ONE thing I never did like so much are the shiny rims. So you know where my opinion falls.
