Spark Plug Install
When putting my spark plugs in I found that my socket wouldn't hold the plug in. ( I found this out when taking them out, but some tape wrapped in the socket cured that issue ) I did not want to take the chance of having the plug gap affected by just letting them slide down the cover.
I took a 12" piece of 3/16" rubber fuel line, slid the top of the plug into the opening and lowered it into place. I tightened the plug using the fuel line until the plug was seated and then just pulled it off. Worked like a charm, even on that pesky #5.
Also found that 19" of extension, 6" next to the plug socket, then a 10" and then a 3" worked for access to the #5 plug. I put the socket and 6" extension in place, then took the others and passed them between the AC line and the brake booster. Worked great and no need for me to go find my toggles...
Hope this helps if you run into a jam.
