    Brotha Dub,

I'm usually not into the spike thang but they look real nice.

Are they pressed in or threaded? It looks like they went into existing holes on the rim so what did you have to drill?

    Thanx T man...
What look like existing holes are just decorative indents, made centering the drill bit E-Z...
The studs are threaded on the inside, & held on from the back side of the rim by...what else?...stainless cap screws...

    Oh, & let's not forget...a little loc-tite.

I used to subscribe to CREEM magazine back in college...great stuff, wish I had saved them. Some of their reviews of albums by bands like Journey had me rolling on the floor

Nice touch, you know I like spikes, I just prefer them to be a bit bigger!

It's only the webbing between the spokes, didn't drill through anything that's crucial to keeping compressed air on the inside...
Each hole is only large enough to accept a stainless 8-32 cap screw.

Because most people have no personality to begin with. And then there are people like Ldub, who have an abundance!!

    What's a portable system...

I'm guessing boom box, but at your advanced age, it could be portable oxygen...
