    My new ride!

Yep... that's right. I finally got a new ride. Put the deposit down today and pick her up sometime this week...

AND... I didn't have to sell the VX to get it. I almost got a yellow and black one, but they wanted too much. White and black will do...Until I get my Sportster 48 that is...

Nice scoot there Cece, welcome to the "Harley Fraternity"...Buell is a great first step and the only "real" performance step in the Harley family, I know I'll step on some V-Rod owners toes with that one, oh well...I've got an '01 Super Glide and any Buell would KILL ME in the tight twisties!

I'm happy that you got one. Bikes are fun. Makes cars seem so slow. Beware the gravel.

This is the first that I heard of Buell's demise. What a shame. Buell started as a small company using HD engines in their bikes. Then HD bought it out. Maybe a startup will start the whole process over again.

    Not pleasant.

Ride safe and ALWAYS wear your gear! I'm actually looking at buying a Buell and streetfightering it. That or lift the VX....hmmmmmm.

That is awesome, but like everyone said, be careful.

I want a bike really bad, but I just know it won't be if, but when.

Yeah! I rode the Buell Blast home for her today (doesn't have her M class yet). She knows that there are 2 kinds of bikers... those that have crashed, and those that are going to. However, riding is tons of fun and doing it right (wearing protective gear, and being careful) makes it safer. Hope we have a warm & sunny Summer to enjoy the bikes!

    Congrats Cecilia!
