My passenger window rocks front to back. Because of this it has some lean towards the front which lets the back edge out of the track.

I think if you do a scearch under 'windows' you might find something about bending the track inside the door panel to aleviate this on.
I had the dealer do it under warranty...twice.

This a common problem for many of us. Be VERY careful in using that window. Continued use of it can result in needing a replacement window regulator and even worse, a new window should the plastic tabs break off from the bottom of the glass.
Many of us have used a silicone spray on the window tracks on a regular basis to keep the design defect at bay.
