    Rear Adjustable Coil Spacers

What is the consensus on the adjustable rear coil spacers? Experiences positive or negative? Which ones did you use? How long have you had them? Links would be great.
    Thanks,
    Chad

Trust me I've searched plenty but I can only find the ones from summit racing. And doesn't look like anybody has used them. There was one post that I can't find back where someone had used some for a year that were gold in color and adjustable if I remember correctly.

So do you know if he still uses them? Like them? Where he got them?

I got them from speedway motorsports. I love them. The fine tuning is great and they are totally bulletproof. You do need to get an extra set of rubber pads to go between them and the spring unless you're OK with metal on metal. The one piece of advice I'd add if you get them is to lube the threads up with some heavy grease like this:
. The grease is mainly to keep dust and mud and grit from building up in the threads and making them hard to adjust later. Here's the thread telling where to get the coil spacers(last post)

Those are interesting...is the center hole big enough to fit on the upper spring perch? It looks like it might be too small.

They fit perfect, been running them this whole time, including when we were at Moab with you. They are nice because you can adjust for heavy loads(leveling) if need be, and you don't have a set of stock springs junking up your garage afterwards. Plus they're cheap and indestructable.

Good to know, since Daystar has stopped making the 2" poly spacers...

There may still be some inventory out there, but they have told Matt at Indy4x that they are no longer producing the 2.5" Dodge spacers (which are 2" for our application). I *think* the new sizes are 1" and 2" for the Dodge PU, which translates to 0.5" and 1.5" for us. Either way with the new pricing they are way more expensive than this adjustable metal spacer, so it is worth a look.

    1" spacer:

    3/4" spacer:

I have the 2" spacer and OME 912 springs, and like it just fine, and has been great for a while, but still trying to figure out what the gear whine is after lifting

My bad, they don't even have anything over an inch now. Couldn't remember what he told me for the new sizes...

Energy suspension and Prothane both still make the polyurethane spacers as well. I think Energy suspension's max is 1.75", while Prothane's is still 2". I've run Energy suspensions bump stops and they've held up well. I haven't used Prothane though.
