vx manoual dont work

I just upgraded to windows 7 and tried to install the vx manual program on it but it dont work keeps on saying "run time error 339.....component FOLIOOBJECT.OCX not correctly registered.file is missing or invalid"

anyone else having this problem. i have 2 diffrent copys of this program and both have same problem running them.

ps if anyone has a working copy can you send me a picture and instructions on replacing the intake manifold and thermostat housing.

Run it in compatibility mode. Right click, select "properties" select the "compatibility" tab, click the checkbox that says "run this incompatibility mode" and drop down the arrow to XP with SP2. While you are there, select "Run this as an administrator" then click apply,then ok.
