It's nice to see that some elevation change has been incorporated into the design. Hard to say just to what degree that will mean, but for Formula 1, I always thought that was one of the things Indianapolis was lacking. Then again, maybe elevation change is just on my mind because I watched my recording for the first time last night of this years' F1 race at Spa Francorchamps, my favorite track of all.

I'm ready, this will be so great!
HEE HAW! unfortunately most Americans like to turn LEFT over and over again in never ending circles, with LOTS of crashes.
Actually NASCAR is losing fans very fast right now, Economy I guess,Common Sense I hope
It's funny to watch NASCAR when they do a road course. They always miss the right hand turns

I really hope this happens. I'd love to see F-1 come to the USA. F-1 is the greatest type of automotive racing ever invented-- super-fast, open-wheel, and turning both left AND "right".

No, I think it's more then that, cookie cutter tracks, Spec cars, you name it.

Looking forward to F1 coming back, only wish we had a team and driver(s) in the series
Greetings, Earthling. We come in peace... Never mind "Paris to Dakar", the VehiCROSS looks ready for the Martian desert.

Now slap some dirt and gravel in some sections and get some rallyX out there!

F1 is the next best thing though.

Thought this seemed appropriate for reviving this old thread. Austin, TX, Stevie Ray Vaughn slide guitar, and Formula One. (Just watch the tv screen)

I said Stevie Ray Vaughn slide guitar. I'm aware he's no longer alive. The fact that he was from Texas (Dallas) was just another reason I included him as a reference.
