    took a few days...

    ... but well worth it.

I completely reworked my speaker system with Polk db Series...

In the doors, I installed components, and flush mounted the tweeters to have a factory like appearance.

The rear speakers were a little more involved... I put 6x9's in the factory location. Some space had to be opened up to accept the size of the new magnets.

I was able to utilize the original bracket to mount the speaker in the correct position.

The plastic "grill" was removed from the interior piece to allow for space, then the metal grille was able to still cover the speaker, so you really can't see what's in there. So, I didn't take any pics of it all back together, cause it looks stock...

All speakers, plus the homemade tube-style sub, are powered by a Crunch P5000.5 amp.
All in all, it took me 4 days, (but I'm only good for 2-3 hrs a day anyway.)

Gotta love clean sounding music... you can turn it up and it doesn't hurt your ears with "noise"

Nice, the Polk DBs sound a lot better than my Kickers, but one of the front 6.5"s failed after a year, and that was only 8k miles or so

I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.
