    Goodyear belt tensioner part number

Replaning Serpentine belt with Gatorback and thought new tensioner might be good idea. Anyone have part number for Goodyear tensioner?

But if you are already changing the belt and tensioner there is a kit to repace other interconnected parts. I found a good deal on ebay and the parts come with the belt and arent junk. Ounce of prevention you know.

What other parts would you replace with a serpentine belt? Most folks dont even do the tensioner.

Belt Drive Pulley Idler Pulley-- 49021
Belt Drive Tensioner Tensioner Assy.-- 49298
Belt Drive Pulley Tensioner Pulley-- 49005

    yes

the timing belt and water pump and the rest are good things to do when you do the serpentine belt. That is why the tensioner comes with the kit. I did all of mine together as I have seen the tendency that everything wears together. When you start replacing one piece at a time they do not run true new and worn together. as a matter of fact this kit

comes with both belts like mine did. But since OP wanted gatorback I posted a kit minus serpentine (accesory belt) prevously

I hadnt done anything and was at 65,000. I had a timing belt go out on an Isuzu I-mark and paid big bucks for a new valva job etc. I did not want to have the same thing happen to the VX so I looked at a timing belt change here. Saw comments about serpentine belt water pump etc. When I saw the kit decided to do it all.
