Speed Thrills, Boredom Kills!!
Looks pretty ferocious! I'd buy one.
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable man persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on me.
Pretty cool! Though I always see one-offs like this and wonder "What happened that the owner/builder would have to sell it?". This isn't some ricer Civic with a few K in mods, it must have taken a lot of effort and $$$ to build something so unique. I just can't imagine pouring that much into a truck only to sell it a few months/years later.
Cool find!
Rich people + toys = short lived ownership. They probably have their fun and move on. On the flipside, the rig may be totally jacked up, who knows.Pretty cool! That's the main problem with modified vehicles-- they simply become maintenance nightmares and a constant money pit. The owner finally has had enough aggravation and puts the can-o-worms up for sale.
The flipside is the new owner's excitement of his purchase quickly turns into anger and disappointment because he got suckered into buying someone else's problems.
Thus, given a choice-- I would always prefer a 100% OEM Stock vehicle over a modified vehicle.
I agree VT to a point. For example, my VX had been modified by the PO with a professionally installed Electric Moon-Roof which is at least a $1,500+ mod and I absolutely love it. The KILBY skidplates would be another desirable mod to have.
However, I would never buy a VX with radical suspension mod's jacked-up to the sky for fear of CV related issues. So yes, it does depend upon which type of mod was performed and most importantly "how" the mod was installed (i.e., back-yard mechanic or professional shop).
Yeah, i agree, could be a can of worms!!! nice though. He likes my VX and I was thinking about doing some deal, but it aint exactly normal..not sure my girlfriend would want to go to a restaurant in it, lol
that rig is so bad ***! i would totally make a hasty decision n buy that thing! issues? what issues
? it's a V8, easy to work on n lots of available parts. n if yer girl don't wanna be seen in something so rad, leave her at home! lol
hahaha, you guys, lol!!! im deliberately not replying to the man or i'll end up buying it...i know what im like!
It is bad *** !!
