Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun

Over the mountain watching the watcher
Breaking the darkness waking the grapevine
Knowledge of love is knowledge of shadow
Love is the shadow that ripens the wine

Set the controls for the heart of the sun

I've been wanting to get some sunset silouette shots for a while now. They didn't come out exactly like I wanted, but this is my first try at these shots. I didn't have the ideal location, so maybe next time I'll do better.

That now makes a lot more sense.
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable man persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on me.

I think you did a great job with the pix. If you're looking for suggestions though:

    1. a shot of the sun peaking out from under the VX

    2. a shot of the VX heading up hill towards the sun (like it's getting ready to take off & go home)

The only other suggestion would be to play with the camera settings a little to get a little more dynamic range to pull out more details of the VX.
