Bookmarked Exhaust gaskets = hard to find.

After needing a new starter and having fun removing the exhaust to get to it, I also found it hard to get new gaskets for the exhaust flanges. "We only show one listed" And after looking at it it was too small!!!!!

So..... Into the back I went with the parts guy. Found 3 gaskets almost perfect.
Only needed to enlarge the holes on one, the other two worked perfect.

    Part numbers are:
*Gasket that bolts to header: EG24328 FP-60729

*Gasket to other exhaust pipe: EG24684 FP-60620

*Gasket to muffler: Fel pro 60679

Hope this can help someone in need!

Nice, and its not just the VX, the trooper gaskets are the same, I imagine they all are. I ended up buying some asbestos insulation in a sheet and cutting it to fit. Still leaks on the wife's RS.

I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.

Thanks for posting that tip. I'm planning on taking a DynoMax VT & a 5" SuperTrapp to a Mom&Pop muffler shop in the next month. Knowing this may speed things along.

    Hard to get - wow!!!!
With all the trouble I have getting parts for the VX, the exhaust gaskets were dead easy.

Walked into general parts shop with samples in hand.
Guy asked what it was off - my response "Isuzu".
He said fine and wandered off - came back with all 3 gaskets in less than a minute.

Easiest VX parts purchase I have ever made.
