    Black Friday Deals

I got schooled and hooked up at Pepboys today. I got 2 full synthetic oil changes with the best filter they have for 20 bucks total for both!!! I got schooled on oil filters. The new bosch filters just came out, 99.9% efficiency. Royal Purple and Mobil 1 are both 99% and 99.2% respectively, IIRC. Turns out, the Puralator Pure 1 series is also 99.9% efficient and they are only 5.50 at my store!!!!
I can't find any bad reviews, and it was ranked up there with the Wick oil filter. Either way, I got the oil and filters for both trucks for less than what 3 quarts of RP would cost me. Yeah for Black Friday!!!
At Pepboys:2 oil changes, 2 bottles of lucas, and a fancy funnel with attachments, on/off, and whatnot, 31 bucks with taxes

Update*** just checked the receipt, I also get two $5 mail in rebates on the oil, that makes it two oil changes for 10 bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AWESOME!! The oil is Peak 10w-30 full synthetic.

I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.

I went out to get a haircut and only went to one store. A supermarket.
I got a nice head of iceberg lettuce, three bananas that were just the right color, robust Italian salad dressing, and Tic Tacs. Not the small original size, but the Big Pack Tic Tacs, the white peppermint ones.

I saved $0.29 on the Tic Tacs and $0.09 on the salad dressing for a total savings of $0.38. The total came to $4.38 and I payed with cash.

    I went home happy.

I sold many many tires for discounted prices.. I think 40 total. some great deals, most got at least $90 worth of rebates on top of sale pricing.

also got a very nice looking new all terrain tire in stock. Falken wild peak. Nice looking sidewall and tread pattern. They balanced very well too

No the guy came in at 4 am so by time he left it was still dark out and photos in the shop don't turn out because if the metal halide lamps. If you go on falkentire.com you can find the spec sheets. One nice thing about them you don't always see on ATs is they come with yellow dots to show where the valve stem should be for optimum balancing

I bought a Washer and Dryer, and as many times as the salesperson told me I saved $1,000, it still felt like I lost $1300.

You bought the fancy dryer too?! When we bought our Kenmore HE5t front load washer, the sales guy was awesome and told us to get the cheapest large volume dryer we could. The front load spins so fast that the clothes are practically dry when they come out anyway. Saved me a chunk of cash.
