Worry not my friend, the mighty ECU that does all the thinkin' for the VX's plant can compensate for up to 5 psi of boost (thus far)
It'll more than deal with air temp & density.
The only problem I ever encounter is at altitude, sometimes it'll throw a few "lean during acceleration" cel's.
I also get a few cel's when the MAF gets crudded up with K&N filter oil now & then.
A quick blast of this stuff generally clears that right up...
Being able to read & clear cel's - on the fly (this is the one I use) is an option I'll never be without for as long as I'm able to drive...
Should be at least a few more years...I hope.
Also, anything that increases power usually will kill mileage, that's why hypermilers generally try to heat their intake air to increase mileage.
