It's fairly common on many newer vehicle to put the engine in through the bottom. not sure why they went this route. I didn't have that much trouble removing the engine the standard way and I was by myself. Why go through all the extra work? Plus who's paying these guys to take the "long way"?

I pulled engine out by myself too. taking hood lid off radiator- and is more than enough room to pull the engine out
