Yes, I just used the screws that came with it and screwed them through the headliner. I did remove the plastic "nut" that is on the backside so that it fit flush.Originally Posted by mhill

Is the headliner rigid enough to hold the light? I know the light assembly is well, lite...not heavy. Just not sure about future sag, etc...?

So far no problems...I can't imagine it ever being an issue.
