Ive heard about the man, but to read this was great. I wish I was around earlier since he made such an impact on this Vehi way of life.

Good find Mark. Aside from the VX's out-of-the-box capability, Tone must have been one he11 of a driver.

He WAS! I have some amazing video when he and went to a mercedes track event in his ml and he mounted a video camera on the seat, I am screaming and he is laughing, great times! He could drive anything well!

That question was asked but never answered in his memorial thread, so I assume his family doesn't want to discuss it in an internet forum. Not insinuating anything, I just think it's a privacy issue.

Pfft, not to down talk Tone, but I remember that and that's not a wreck.

Yep, I miss my conversations with Tone. Always fun when 2 condescending realist fools like us 2 could go head to head in arguments/discussions. You learn the most from those types of communications, heh.

Wow, great article. Wish I could have been here when he was around. Is there any video of him racing in the VX? I'd love to see that.

    That's understandable.

Since no one wants to disclose it, in my mind he went out David Carradine style.
