Maybe there's value to having a JDM rack bought from an original JDM Isuzu dealer? Doesn't say whether the seller would consider shipping overseas, but can't hurt to ask right? Check it out, and for reference:

Seriously, are the JDM cross members different than ours? Wow, I didn't know that.
Looks like the metal bracket that graps the rails is the same, and maybe the plastic towers....

My JDM catalog shows these cross bars as being a dealer option, along with a rectangular, aluminum Thule roof basket. I assume they redesigned the cross bars and stopped offering the basket for the 1999 model year.
