Its that time of year again "Spring Break". I am road tripping the VX to Atlanta and then to St Augustine FL, and was wondering if anybody knew of some cool places along the way to check out. I was looking to enjoy the ride more than get there quickly. The plan is to go from School to St Louis then to Nashville than to Atlanta, spend the night than off to Florida. I'm open to any and all suggestions thanks.

Coming out of Nashville you should take one of the back roads through the Smokey's. Beautiful scenery!

Stone Mountain (I think that's what it's called) north of Atlanta is supposed to be really interesting site. I've never been there though so you should probably google it first. IIRC it's a large sculpture on the side of a mountain of an Indian (sorry, Native American).
The Aquarium in Chatanooga is really nice too.
I was kinda under-whelmed by Lookout Mountain & Ruby Falls though.

I was there and went to the Ringling Museum it was pretty neat

I thought the Ringling Museum was in Sarasota FL.
If so it's about 230 miles from St. Aug.
