Sue, you give me WAY too much credit. I don't know if I would trust myself to spot......myself......or however that should go. I mean, look at that first picture of me spotting you.....FROM BEHIND. How is that possible?
In all seriousness, I have no problem spotting the easier stuff and I learned by watching and listening to other great spotters out in Moab (Billy, Jack, Todd), but I'm still not too confident spotting some of the really difficult stuff such as the waterfall on Hello Kitty Canyon....Ummm, I mean Steel Bender. There's a good shot of Jack (with Orion in the background), that shows what happens when your spotter isn't doing his job right. I know you've seen the picture of Jack with his drivers side wheel ten feet in the air (someone post it please). After seeing that I was a little nervous, to say the least, to attempt that line, but Jack got me down in one piece with no problems, so KUDOS to you too Jack.
DANG, now y'all got me all fired up and ready to head back out to Moab. Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait....
