    Road Trip

I'm off to visit with my son for 6 days in Virginia Beach and then on to Denver Colorado to work for Raytheon Polar Services and the United States Antarctic Program. Here is a pic of the VX packed and ready to go outside of Buffalo, NY. It has just gone over 100,000 miles and is still performing very well. I have had my VX for about a year and have been racking up the miles. I've had Range Rovers, Jeep CJ7's, Wranglers, a 69 Broncos and various other vehicles, but the VX is hands down my favorite!

Have fun, long road trips are fantastic! I did 3700 miles in mine last fall! Enjoy!
I think the bike looks hilarious way up there...

Ha. No spare time. At work. I am a software developer, so I am in front of a computer pretty much all day.

Your stuff should be wrapped up HOPEFULLY this weekend. The box carpet has been a nightmare to get. Apparently black has been backordered. They are estimating thursday.

I'm looking forward to a long road trip in my truck soon. (except for the gas prices part) I'll be going about 7 hours up to the FL panhandle in late January, but I really want to drive it all the way back to AR to visit where I grew up. Lots of mud and mountains in the area. Have fun and make sure to stop for thos little town oddities (like if you go through ND take a pic of LDub!!)

PS: Kat, you should see a 29" mountain bike with both wheels on, mounted on top of a lifted VX! I gotta stand on the tires and have a friend hand it to me!
