    Light rack for Yakima Loadwarrior

I just finished making a light rack that easily bolts to my LoadWarrior. I was thinking its actually pretty easy now that the measurements and such are figured out, and fairly inexpensive.

    my total cost was

    $8 in steel
$5 in misc bolts washers and nuts
$15 for clips made for the loadwarrior

I mentioned to tom about his welderguy might want to consider making them since they are so inexpensive, so I wanted to gauge interest here..

    here is how it works..

right angle steel (or aluminum) with the lights mounted on it.
two angled L shaped brackets of square tube steel
4 yakima snaparounds (i got a set meant for mounting a powderhound to round bars)

the L shaped brackets get secured behind the fairing using one snaparound on the top bar and one on the bottom bar

the bottom of the L bracket sticks out about 2-3" past the bottom of the fairing

The right angle piece with the lights on it rests on top of the brackets and secured with two bolts to keep it from sliding/bouncing around

    and the end result...

    so question is..

would anyone be interested? not sure what the cost of having the brackets actually made would be, so price ranges might be worth it too

also, in the interest of easy shipping and customizibility, would people be interested in just the brackets and the right angle piece of steel or aluminum with the lights on it could be purchased locally (easily found at home depot/lowes etc, all you have to do is drill holes for the lights and mounting bolts then paint)

    I like it.
I have a warrior basket, but it's hanging in my garage.

You can't find the Yakima LoadWarrior basket? It's available at any of the rack stores, like rackattack.com, rackwarehouse.com, rei, backcountry.com, amazon, etc...

I bought a Load Warrior off of craigslist for the LS.

Which I can't think of without flashing back to Beavis and Butthead in the laundromat..."That says 'load'..."
95 Trooper with a buncha stuff nobody here cares about...
