Yeah, I really spent my time getting those things super tight, but since all components that tightened down were made out of metal all it took was some good pressure from the inside to push threads as far out the back side as possible and some good turning force from some huge pliers, and they do not really bounce much at all when hitting bumps. I mean they do bounce a little but I am a perfectionist and they pass my standard, they are not loose. Good luck tightening them down, and please share some photos. I am wondering how the light output will be. Mine is far better than OEM HID :-)
