Ok, I have got all 6 bolts off the transfer case and trying to separate the transfer and the transmission. i have front and rear drive shafts off and exhaust off, no separation it is like it is glued but i do not want to break one or the other....

I'm no expert on this (AT ALL), but I'm sure that the transmission and transfer case have "fused" themselves together over the past ten or eleven years. I would think a couple of whacks with a rubber mallet, or dead blow hammer, would persuade them to separate.
