The problem wasn't being a sleeper. Being a sleeper is the solution.

What I meant was that from the outside it looks like any other VX, even if you look in the window. Everything looks stock.

Then you tromp on the gas & she's WIDE awake. You are left there with a dumb look on your face wondering where that black thang went.

I know...I was being facetious...

And I usually have a dumb look on my face...

That being said, there is NO WAY an LS plant would call my under hood environs home for very long, without something expen$ive & $hiny eventually poking through the hood...

You could FIX the sleeper aspect of the project, AND solve the air box loca problem...by doing this:

Heck... why not just cover all the windows, set up some cameras around the front, side, and rear, and just use a projector to display everything on the inside of the windshield? That has always been a dream of mine... the super not-so-stealth destroyer.

Suspension and Brakes are going to be minor upgrades to Rancho shocks, stronger torsion bars cranked up, and Drilled/Slotted rotors and cermaic brake pads, possibly the steel braided lines. Being that this will eventually be shipped overseas, we want to keep the parts accessible to the customer if they ever have a problem.

Yes it were. Glad your rememory is better-n mine. Would't it have been sweet if they'd done it with a VX??? Rekin not though since they shot it all to hell.

Along the lines of this question: - once this swap is done, what was the total amount of man-hours taken on this project and what was the total cost of this project?

Just an update, one of our techs had to go out for surgery last month, so progress and updates will resum next week!
