Go back to the home page and on the left side is a search tool. On the drop down, select Members, click advanced, click Go.

Next screen type in Miami in the city. Click on Search Now.

There will be 2 pages of members in Miami. Scroll through and find a few of those with the most recent activity & send them a PM.

So easy even a caveman can do it.
