Permission to scan VX-O2 granted by Isuzu

Isuzu just sent me a signed letter from their GM to allow any member of the VehiCROSS club to scan the VX-O2 at the next meetup at the Petersen Auto Museum. I submitted it to the museum and just have to wait to see if that will also allow us to see it in the vault without the $2500 fee. Are there still people interested in seeing the VX-O2? Isuzu is also working on a comprehensive list to send me on all the items done to convert the VX into the VX-O2.
Call me a geek, or maybe even nerd, but face the facts, we da ones be rulin' this world!

Why a $2500 fee to see it? That's insane!

read the previous posts regarding this topic. Someone wanted to do a 3D scan at the next visit. Petersen required Isuzu permission. New ownership is asking $2500 fee for a visit to the vault where the VX-O2 is stored. I'm working on getting that waived.

well then, thats pretty damn cool. Only one VX-02 in existance? the one that was used in the movie and such?

and i'm assuming the 3D scan is to help create body panels and all that jazz? if thats the case...how did someone already create perfect bumper guards already? (rowhards products) ???

FYI...here's what I just received from the Petersen. Hopefully it's good enough to get us in at no cost other than the standard admission.

    Hi Baldwin,
Thank you for providing the Permission Scan Form. I’ve notified the GM's Assistant whether if he needs anything else to move forward with a date and time, so I’ll be in touch asap. Thank you so much for your patience!

No offense...but that Cadi is ugly. Just my opinion. VX-O2 way sweeter and would run it over. Anyways, tryin' to get the $2500 waived so keep your fingers crossed.
