    Spacers and 913 Springs

Has anyone tried the 1" or 2" poly spacers from Independant 4x4, or the OME 913 springs? I dont want as much lift (2.5") as you get with the 912's, and after talking with Independant, it sounds like the 913 will results in less lift, but maybe no lift at all, and I'm not sure I want to take the risk. The 1" spacers are about what I want, 1.5" is actually my goal, but like they idea of a spring better than a spacer. Any issues with the spacers?

    Thanks!

Many have talked about doing them but no one i know has gone through with it. THe OME 912 are just as expensive as the spacers or 913s so my guess is that everyone takes the 912 route. Try to contact OME and ask how much shorter the 913 compared to the 912 springs.

Anyone ever try the 919's I guess its an inch more than the 912's and stiffer. Supposedley a 3.5" lift but stiffer then the 912's.

Sorry if its off your topic, but this looked like a good post to add this to.
2001 Ironman Daily Driver... 3.5" suspension lift (OME912 springs and 1" spring spacer), ball joint flip, 1.5" front diff. drop, 33"x12.5 TrXus MT, 16x10 Eagle Alloy rims, Interceptor, PV muffler, K&N air filter, Alpine Supercharger, Bilstein shocks, and some trimming.

2000 Ironman Project LS-1 VX... very slow progress but someday....... ohhhhh someday......
