Sweetness! I may have to stop by sometime, shake a hand and finally put a face to the VXorado machine!
At lunch, I was mentioning Club Workshop as a place to get a hold of some higher-end tooling. Their monthly Denver Makers meeting is coming up tomorrow (11 Thursday) at 7pm if you want an excuse to look around the place. It doesn't sound like one of the better presentations, but it still might not be a bad time to poke around.

Thanks for the link. Ive been debating about getting a tube bender, but this looks like a good alternative.

VXorado, I may take you up on your offer. I think i may still have your number from an earlier contact a little back...
Sounds like a plan. Just a few more days to see the VX in black/white, next week it's getting wrapped in a new color...
what color?
Those goodyears are incredible. I constantly rave about my terra grapplers, but when I went wheeling the first time with Jon, i understood why so many people run them. I really like the nitto's for daily driving, but the kevlar wranglers just dominate offroad.
Thanks for the info... are Jon's the Kevler series or the older standard MT-R's (now discontinued / called military now) ? I am thinking of setting up the 18's with the MT-R's, and setting up the 16's for daily use.
I have been running Dunlop's for almost 20 years, Goodyear took them over and Killed the truck tires division.
The wrap will be in brushed blue steel.
I have the Kevlar MT/Rs and they're awesome. They're super quiet for an aggressive off road tire and should last around 30k miles. IMO, best tire for serious off roading and daily driving.
I've heard the Goodyear duratracs are also pretty good and cheap but they only have a 2 ply sidewall.

I got them for $210 a tire but they get pretty pricey once you move up from 15" rims.
