    torsion bar

My passenger side torsion bar seems to unwind itself, gradually lowering that corner. any suggestions on how to stop this other than ,taking it out in the salt /mud and letting it rust up.

Yep your right .I was just looking for an easier way out ,a lot of work with a ratchet . and thank you for confirming my suspicions there is no locking keeper.

Also a jam nut for the top would proabably work. My torsion bars also seem to unwind a bit.
