    Possible Cheap ABS Sensor

Okay, so I did my CV boots this weekend and I believe I damaged 1 of my ABS sensors so now of course I have the light on. After searching and searching about possible fixes that doesn't include buying a 300 dollar new sensor I found this on a UK trooper site..

It looks like it should work on our VX as it's my understanding the trooper sensors are the same. Just thought i'd share my find.. hopefully it's a good one. When I search the part number I seem to only find it for sale in the UK which maybe means it's off a Euro Mazda? But here is a person that ships it worldwide.

{Update} Seems to be off a Mazda Protege.. I found this one..

The part number is different but it looks the same as the B25D4371YB..

I'm going to go this route next year and I'll let everyone know how it goes. I'm not worries about having no ABS I just have to pass smog next year :S

I used a Trooper sensor from a salvage yard when my mechanic fubar'd mine. It was $75.

Ya, I saw your post about that, But with all the fuss about how the sensors seize to the hub and can be damaged taking them off.. I think i'm going to at least attempt this route sometime next year before smog is due.
