It is a tentative date, but It can be changed according to what we decide.

Caution though. When you change the date or time, it re-sets the poll. Everyone that signed up for the meet before the change will have to sign up again.

Thanks for the heads up....

The meet has not been posted to the public yet in the "MEET" section because it has not been approved yet. I think we will use the VXTALK section since there is not a commitment to an specific date but we are leaning towards November 4th , which is a Sunday...
