So far I've removed the oversized front protective bumper.
Hope to do lighting and maybe an S/C.
I'd really like to find the larger one now, Tomy? Tomica?

I found a 'SuperCross' at Drug Emporium (now Chapter 11) a few weeks ago ... had it in blue, yellow and silver.
Cost me about $8
It is the 'wired' remote toy.
First one, silver, had no response to the rear wheels.. so I returned it. Got a blue one. It works but the motor it way too weak to drive it on anything other than 'industrial' carpet.

Van Eyes - slightly trimmed, Sylvania SilverStar ULTRA head lamps, Red (port) & green (starboard) 5 LED 'headlight horn' lights, PIAA silicone windshield wipers, K&N Filtercharger (in stock air box), MacNeil WeatherFlectors, Assorted cargo nets from previous vehicles, Optima red-top battery, Transmission Interceptor, 20 LED 'light tower' turn signals & brake lights, 18W PIAA W2 running lights, Trooper skid plates, Black Luverne step bars w/Tone's custom brackets
Hey Serge,
If you can find me one of those, I'll take it as well! Heck I'll even take a set of those Real Toy VXes if you can still get them in boxes.

"Metaphors be with you"
Hi John,
Let me see, I have these left:
They are those Hong Kong made vx toys which move around and make noise...quiet funny to watch.
I have 1 yellow, two silver and 2 red left
price$15,- a toy. (they were $10,- and since I`m selling them for Albert $5,- for him)
One rare motor tomica, I bought it for you a while ago for $20,-+$5 sending costs within Japan=$25,-
Blue, black, silver and red action city.
120yen=1,- a toy
Ages have past since I last contacted you John,so if my prices were different those times, please let me know.
I deleted all old mails so I have no exact recollection of our correspondence. As you know I`m not in for the money, so these prices were the prices as I rememberd them.

How do they go? They`re worthy R\C`s?
Hey Serge,
Prices seem to be about the same - I'll take everything that you have . Send me a total via email with shipping to the US (Atlanta 30328) and I'll get payment off to you via PayPal.

Serge, not wanting this to get out-of-hand, but I'd love one of those r/c VX's too! We here in the states, can't find much in the way of VX toys, so anything you can get your hands on, will ALWAYS sell here, and quick too!
Thanks,
Dave...
Always a kid at heart!
VX man, the Asahi corp. R/C hasn`t been for sale for a long time.
The only place you can find them is on Yahoo auction Japan and then they go for at least $40,- depending on condition.
But I keep an eye out of course!
I found it while browsing around yahoo japan. Fortunately, there was a picture. I contacted Serge and he was kind enough to take care of the logistics on the deal. They seem rare, as I've been looking for one for over a year. They're not the greatest r/c, but pretty accurate in appearance, larger than most and a true RADIO control model. The other one I referred to (tomy, tomica?) is even larger, but I'm not sure if it's true radio control. I'm still looking for one of those.
p.s. shipping from japan can be expensive, to the point of being prohibitive for some.
