    Thumbs up Feeling charitable?

    Greetings!

I am taking part in a fundraiser that is raising awareness of and money for men's health issues like prostate/testicular cancer. During the month of November, men all over the world grow mustaches for "Movember", and I joined a team led by my brother in law Phil. Our team, the Alleged Stachelings, is ranked 8th in the Chicago region in fundraising right now. With your help, we can be #1...

    Thanks one and all.

I'm in the middle of Movember too. I'll have to post up a picture of my 'stache so we can all compare and contrast.

I wish I'd heard about this earlier. I just found out today that this existed and one of our sub-offices was participating. My office has a ringer who would have won no mater what (he's the wookie-guy who gets a 5 o'clock shadow at about 9am) but I'm sure I would have won either the baby-face, most-scraggly or grayest award. Seriously though... who cares, ANYONE can still help out by donating.

Brightest blessings & warmest wishes to you. I'd be doing this anyway, but I didn't think it would hit so close to home... Here' to a complete recovery!

I am usually scruffy anyways, so it didn't take long to grow the stache. However, (even though I've gotten a few compliments) I do not like the look & Cece keeps calling me Burt Selleck.

Yup! Again, thanks to everyone that gives to any & all charities. I am going on a Toys for Tots motorcycle run tomorrow, and a few off my family & friends chipped in. I know we all go through rough times, but helping each other is one of the only true signs that humanity is worth saving...

Good luck to my fellow fund raisers, and I will keep you posted on my teams' standing in the Chi-town area.

A little clarification here... Cece (VXIRONwoMAN) and I are still engaged, but have not yet begun serious planning for the big day. I have 4 sisters, and just as many brothers in law (brother in laws? brother ins law?). There is NO WAY we'd get hitched without a good number of our VX fam in attendance.

Besides... You should know that Cece's only sibling is the young lady formerly known as Jailbait.
