Finally got around to putting my black ones on today - they fit, look, and work PERFECTLY! Plus - you can REALLY "crank 'em down", which means you won't have to constantly re-tighten them - EXEMPLARY work!

Got my order sent in from some red ones (as that was what color my last remaining one was). I have a crack down the middle of my tire cover, anyone got an idea of what would be good to seal that with to keep it from getting larger?

Can't wait to get the knobs and put it back together. Thanks!

I've used PC-7 to do repairs on the exterior cladding with very good results. I haven't used it on any of the interior panels that I can remember but it'd probably be the best match & plenty strong. You can order it online or pick it up at True Value.

It's 2 part epoxy that mixes into a pretty thick paste. Press it into the crack as best you can with a putty knife. You can put a piece of tape across the 'face side' & work from the back to save yourself some sanding once the epoxy has cured.

Thank so much to Jason for the knobs. They are perfect and thanks to Tom for the PC-7 tip. Got the crack in the cover fixed and the cover back on the door.

(now, if anyone has a center wheel cap, I posted in wanted items. one of mine just went missing.)

Looking forward to the new knobs and silver highlight flaps!

    Thanks Jason.

Any news one the license plate delete? I'd buy one or two of those!

Just got a chance to install the flaps I ordered - they arrived in perfect condition, and fit without issue! So happy to have that completed look again, and much kudos to Jason for providing these to the community.

Now we just need someone to 3d print the window clips....

I asked him this week if he could do the interior door handles ("switch bezel") that house the window buttons, those puppies are all breaking now. I found and repaired 3 of them, but don't have any left. If he could make those, I'm sure many folks would need them!

What do you think Jason, can it be done?

That would be a tough one! Pretty much the thinner the piece the harder it is to mold and cast. All those holes in the part for the buttons add to the difficulty as well! Im thinking to duplicate that part would take a bit more skill and tooling than Im capable of... Sorry

Happy time are being had. The new block knobs are rocking that back door hard core. They are all curvy and tight, and screw like crazy when I need 'em to. Makes me feel like checking on the spare wheel just so I can use them.

Thank you to Jason and all for helping keeping the VX in go mode.

    Hi VX KATE,
It's Gerardo here. Do you still have the tailgate knobs for sale?
    Thanks!
