Thumbs up Finally! Replacement Roof Rack FLAPS and Spare tire cover KNOBS- COLORS available!

"Jasonm621" and I have been working together for the past few months to make replacement roof rack FLAPS and spare tire cover KNOBS.
Jason made them of a robust, UV-stable resin, and they're extremely durable and far stronger than the OEMs.
Offering these at introductory pricing to gauge interest.

He may be able to replicate the "towers" in the near future.

Jason's cranking these out right now, so PM Jason if interested or have any questions.

    FLAPS:
    • Cast to include the 4 side dimples, and snap into place, exactly like the OEMs.
    • Available in 8 colors, 7 to approximately match your paint color, and 1 red color for the red/black interiors.
    • Matte black color to match the OEM towers/rack.
    • Can also be done with a glossy finish.
    • Silver highlight available on raised "Vehicross".
    • Set of four (4) $40 shipped.

KNOBS: I'll post pics of these installed as soon as I can get that C-clip off my OEMs...
    • Cast of solid resin, not hollow like OEMs.
    • So they won't break off and no dowels are needed.
    • Available in 8 colors, 7 to approximately match your paint color, and 1 red color for the red/black interiors.
    • Set of four (4) $40 shipped.

    COLORS:
For those of us that like to color accent various things on our truck!
    • Astral
    • Kaiser
    • Ebony
    • Ironman/Victory white <-- that says Ironman/Victory White
    • Proton
    • Dragon
    • Foxfire
    • RED Jason is working on a little more red for this one compared to the sample seen here in pic.

    1) Can you tell which is OEM vs. replica?

    2)

    3) Flap on top is replica in pics 1-3.

    4) Back is slightly different on the "top" part, but mold includes the 4 dimpled areas on sides to snap securely into place.

    5)

    6) Installed on mine. Recall I removed the weight limit sticker, so that part of metal bracket visible here is solid black.

    7)

    8) Matte finish with silver highlight on raised VehiCROSS logo

    9)

    10) From a distance.

    11)

    12)

    13) Satin/Glossy finish with silver highlight. The gloss makes them appear a bit darker.

    14) Showing the knobs are solid.

Oh yeah, need some sets of knobs.
1 Kaiser, 1 proton, and 1 ebony, Also would like one set of the rack flaps that are closest to stock.
Good job, these look great. How about a pic of the knobs on your VX Kat?

Are you looking into making the covers that cover where the rack goes? I'll take a set of them for my daughters VX.

Do you have a picture of the Astral and Kaiser side by side.

I think that one of these would look good with the black/grey interior.

    definitely would look good.
these colors are still a little too bright compared to actuals, so keep that in mind....think that only is affecting the brighter colors.

Here is a link for the Crush test I did on these things:
Question: Will these survive if you accidentally run them over with your car?

    Next up: Will it blend?

    • Here's all 8 colors installed on the spare tire carrier:
    • Flash made these appear more glossy...they are NOT shiny!
    • Foxfire, Red and Dragon are still a little off in these pics...they're correct to my eye, but not in the pictures, no matter what I tried.
    • Let me know if there's any questions!
