Has anyone used Form A Gasket Silicone Instead of the OEM CORK Transmission Pan Gasket? It seems The Cork Gaskets Eventually Start To Leak Even If They Are Retightened. Maybe I Could Find A Replacement Transmission Gasket In RUBBER?

Problem Solved, Removed The Cork Pan Gasket & Used Permatex Extra Strenght GREY Silicone !
agree that permatex stuff works great; I've been using rubber gaskets from rockauto; no leaks; had several on their over the year, especially late last year when I had total tranny failure then rebuild; needed some time away; bottom line, tranny running great, just slight leak from new intercooler; bypassed the radiator all together, the intercooler section of the radiator is a joke if you examine it internally
