that would be kewl.
I saw the V when it first came out, but never did know who made them. Just wanted to see the pamphlets (sp?) the dealers had to market them.
yeah, i drive through there all the time (work). each time i see a cop i wonder if its you.
Only if it's a Sheriff's car but. I've been on desk jobs for most of my career. Hitting the streets as soon as i get over being sick.
just saw one on ebay, fora 99 i think it was.
sad part is, i dont want to buy it, just want to see what it looked like, the options offered, etc..
Hope this is what you're looking for... this is the rounded-end brochure for 1999 (only has 3 colors for the VX that year). Sorry, my scanner cut off a tiny bit of each pic because the brochure was slightly bigger than the scanning window.
that was it, thanks
No prob. Hey, you mentioned options. In the brochure, no options are listed except for the three color choices. Everything else is standard. There is no mention of the Ironman edition. There is a table floating around here that gives production numbers for the various colors/years, and it says in 1999 there were 420 "Ironman White"... well, the brochure says the color is actually called Victory White. Surely some of these 420 white VXs from 1999 were Ironmans, right folks? Otherwise there are only 180 or so Ironmans and they'd all have to be 00-01 models. And from what I can tell, there aren't many white ones that aren't Ironmans so I have a hard time believing there are 420 white non-Ironmans out there versus only 180-something Ironmans. Perhaps the brochure was produced before the 99's were all built and prior to any decision to toss graphics on some hoods.
i saw a white without the sticker on hood.
from what i could tell, nothing was mod'd so probably came like that
All whites, save for the custom pearl in LA are Ironman's They didn't come any other way.
Moncha, you comming with me to Chivo Falls? or, am i the only one thats gonna represent CO in this?
Thanks Moncha - that's what I had always kinda thought but then in looking at the brochure, it doesn't go into the fact that there are Ironman editions whatsoever. Given the omission one might think there were no '99 Ironmans, but I knew there had to be a lot more Ironmans out there than 180 or so. Most of them are '99s. I did think there were possibly a few white ones that never had the logos, but wasn't sure. Guess if there are, they were bebadged.
Na, I took so much time off for being sick that I'm gonna be luck to get time off for 'Zu Zoo VII May the 12th 2004
Actually, the 1999 brocure does mention it... the white one on the inside back page (right hand side facing left) ... is labeled "The ISUSU VehiCROSS IRONMAN EDITION"Originally posted by Heraclid

It does not show a roof rack, and they most likely airbrushed the hood, but if you look at the logo on the B pillar, there is the IronMan decal just below it...
The 2000 Isuzu brochure has the VX with the new exterior color options but the added gry/blk interior choice is not mentioned. It does pictures an Ironman with decals.
Here is an article from the Isuzu service mag called Drivelines. Has a pic of Scott's Proton at Moab. (I know, its impossible to read)
I like the customer satisfaction part.... ;Dr;
