I even told them i would take the cladding off and bring it to them..no masking right//figured it would save me a few bucks labor anyway......
well i guess im gonna look into the monstaliner a little bit closer..
I hope any body else that wants this done gets a better price..i thought 600 was very reasonable but not 1500....yikes

I got the last message while I was at the LineX shop getting something touched up and told him about that price. He said that that is a sign of an incompetent dealer. He said that it was priced so that you would leave. There is another dealer in the area that my dealer said is the same way, the guy only wants to do bedliners. My dealer said that doing eexteriors is more fun for him, he enjoys seeing the results and that, to him, bedliners are boring. He suggested you shop around.
i just did a dealer search on the line-x website and that was the only one that came up in the search....bummer
There's one in Fairmont WV and one in Hagerstown MD
those are pretty far from me.
Polly not worth the drive after paying for gas
Just stopped by the new dealer a few miles from my house. We talked about doing the entire truck. If I remove all the plastic and wire wheel the herculiner off, he will do all of the plastic in black (mirrors, rood rails, luggage rack etc...) and the rest of the truck in a khaki or coyote brown for 2800. I asked how much for the premium lineX, he said that was! It included the kevlar upgrade as well as the UV protected stuff! Needless to say, the VX is going into the shop soon to get a makeover as well, after seeing SSsigs cladding, I was sold.
I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.
