Sue, Rick, it looks like at 6:24 on the vid the "Katmobile" bottomed-out on a big rock hard enough that it even dragged it along for a bit. It then looks like you Rick, steered to the right to avoid it. I may be wrong (happens all the time) but that's how it looks, probably nothin'...glad you didn't sustain any serious damage Sue! Hope you're feelin' better after your MS flair-up.

Looks like a good time. My vx is coming up on perfection. Next year I am planning to go, especially after that video.

....the adventure BEGINS ANEW! ...2015......
Remember that life is not measured in the breaths you take, but rather in the moments that take your breath away.
Thanks for the photos and video
More photos (a lot, not kidding!) from the Tuesday Fins 'n Things run. I personally loved this trail as it really showed me what my VX was capable of. I took my friend Joe back here to do the first part the morning we left so he could get a taste of it (we also did Baby Lion's Back and I think I took the steepest possible route down while Joe's jaw hung down on the ground).

More to come
I miss the days when Fins N Things would give me a rush. Your VX is capable of so much more than that!! Did anyone run the back side of Fins N Things? Oct 2011 that was one nasty trail, no sliders=not going. It was all washed out.
I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.

Since it was my first time there, I don't know what the back side is, but I thought we did the entire trail. There were some fun optional climbs, and by then nothing was optional for me

Thanks for posting the pics Tom!!! I'll upload our pictures the next day or so of Porcupine Rim, Golden Spike, Hello Kitty Canyon, Kane Creek, & Cliff Hanger. Didn't take too many pics this year... always felt like we were in a rush.
Got back around 11PM last night. Drove from 90 degree temps all week in Moab to 35 degrees last night in a snow storm on Vail Pass. Had a blast & miss everyone.
I'm thinking we need a mini-stoop and trail run in Colorado in a month or so...
