So did you early birds hit a trail today?
Get to teat the new toys Jo?
Gil, kick a few people in the seat of the pants and tell them to get with the program before you roll out of town!
We are heading out soon... Swede, Big Jim, Jay, Dave, and maybe a couple more are doing a fairly tame trail today. Ldub, Mark, Jo, and Biju are guarding the Stoop. I know pics will be coming soon, but things take a while to get uploaded for all to share. You know... "Stoop Time".
I hate you all.
Bart
I have been in the mountains the past few days, get back and not even a teaser pic. Has anyone hit a trail yet?
Since I had to bail the day before leaving I decided to head to the mountains for a few days to get out of the near 100 degree temps here...
Its not Moab but it was better than sitting at home.
Oh yeah...running at 8000+ ft. elevation hurts!
Now get us some Moab pics!!!!!!!
OK, OK, here ya go you folks going through the DTs waiting for pics!
Heat was really bad in the 90s, caused my MS to just kick my butt and I just crapped out.
I had to leave early, got home last night.
But I got to run two trails - Porcupine Rim and Fins-N-Things.
Here's my pics from beautiful Porcupine Rim.

....the adventure BEGINS ANEW! ...2015......
Remember that life is not measured in the breaths you take, but rather in the moments that take your breath away.
Here's Fins-N-Things - fair degree harder than in years past, more erosion caused deeper fins and ledges, etc - Rock rails/sliders are HIGHLY desirable!

I just love this obstacle on F-N-T's!
It's one of my favorites, love the wheel articulation and the other wheel airborne!

Yeah Sue...thanks for the pics!
Sorry to hear your trip was cut short. Hope you are feeling better.
Wish I was there Sucks you had to leave early Sue.
I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.

I Really hope to be there next year!
So great to meet everyone! Sue, sorry you had to leave early....really nice meeting you!
Joe and I left Thursday around 4 pm, but I had time to take Joe on half of Fins to show him the slickrock madness he missed on Tuesday. And I did Baby Lion's back...I think I took the steepest possible route down accidentally But was able to wash off in the little lake at the bottom.
I gained even more respect for my VX this week! It's truly unstoppable. And at ~170,000 miles, one of the highest mileage ones in Moab this time I think. My skills improved too...I hope to do Spring Creek here in CO again with Jack and maybe some other new CO friends, and this time I *will* do the Rock Garden!
Anyway, I have roughly 500 or so photos to upload this weekend, including 7 Mile Rim on Wednesday with Jack (PBKid) leading us expertly through some scenery and some fun and challenging optional stuff! Jack and ND92 even conquered Wipeout Hill (thanks Craig for the expert spots!)

Excellent photos Thanks for posting.
