That is a difficult question to answer. As I said before, quality interior work is NOT easy to find in US, and when you do find it, you pay a lot for it! Just reupholstering leather seats costs $500-$800 per seat. That doesn't include fiber optic stitching. I am guessing, but your interior will cost $4000-$5000 to duplicate in US. Sound system (music ) is completely dependent on choice of components, so I can easily be $1000-$5000. A quality, black custom pain job is probably another $5000-$6000.
So we are talking about approximately $15000 to perform a similar transformation in US. And I am probably being on the low side. Extras, like rims/tires and overhaul of mechanical components, can easily move this price well north of $20000!!!
Considering that you are starting out with $5000-$6000 car, even after all this work, it will not be worth much more than around $10000. That is why you almost never see such custom jobs done to sub-$50,000 cars. Unless... owners do it themselves to keep labor cost way down!

Kraft, is the owner of the BEST American Football team (The New England Patriots) . During Kraft's visit to St Petersburg, he showed Putin his Superball ring (this is a common thing to show off in US). But Putin misunderstood the gesture as a gift and put it in his pocket.
Kraft didn't want to make an issue about it at the moment and embarrass Putin (in front of media), figuring he can explain it late and get it back. But Putin wouldn't give it back. They are still fighting over it, NINE years later! It is now on display in Kremlin, in one of the museums.
And that is, kids, how WW3 was started...
