I manage a bank that does car loans, so I checked the NADA value for you (you never want to go off the Kelly blue book(just trust me)). It comes out to $35,900. Not a bad deal if that is what you really want.

I was planning on getting a GC before I found my VX. I like 'em, but WOW... I have never shopped for a specific vehicle before and found them to be so grossly, overwhelmingly neglected so please be careful. I swear it's as if people think, "It goes everywhere and does everything. It's magic! Therefore I don't ever need to check anything or do any maintenance!" (instead of the opposite. That's my Magic Vehicle Theory (TM).)

If I was to ever buy a heep it would have to have a solid front axle otherwise you might as well buy any of the other "fluff" suv's!
