Saw these on Craiglist today - anyone know what they came off of? Look pretty sharp to me...

I don't think that Isuzu used 14" rims but they do look similar to the ones on the Amigo (except for the center cap). I'll hafta look when I get home tonight.
14's wouldn't work on the VX. 15's only clear the calipers if you have enough offset.
EDIT: Nope they're different. Like I said tho, center cap looks all wrong for Isuzu OEM.

Put a smiley after you say that Bub.
Can't say I've seen these before, but if they really are factory 14" rims, wouldn't they have to be from a 1981-96 pickup (P'up)? I'm not sure anything else came from Isuzu with 14" 6-bolt wheels.
Yup, seen these on the SpaceCab, mid to late 80's. 13" and 14" was pretty common. And I'll second what tom4bren said about the 15" wheels from personal experience except I found clearance issues with the A-arm.
Over 20 years of Isuzu enjoyment...
Out of curiosity, why is there a problem if you go below 15"? It seems like as long as you have the proper offset or spacers it would be fine. What am I missing?
You're not missing anything. If you go below a 16" rim, some of the components (Brake Caliper, Suspension Arm) that are nested inside the rim will no longer have clearance. Picture trying to fit your size 11 foot into a size 8 shoe. If you push the rim outboard (by either offset or spacers) then the clearance issue is reduced or negated.
The only reason I'm able to run the 15" rims is because God blessed me with proper offset.
