Most of my imaginary friends had disappeared by the time I was 3 or 4...I still have a couple, but DUDE...rlly?

    WTF???

    Why so SNARKY?

I was honestly asking your opinion as to why you feel the current solution yields different results than my original 'proposed' approach.

If you'd rather just pick at the scab from earlier discussions though, I'll let it go.

None. It appears that with long (& uphill) run on my hoses, all of the oil condenses inside the hose & runs back into the valve cover. So far I haven't collected any oil in the can.

If I were collecting any though, I'd probably just use steel wool. I'd probably also add a drop tube on the intake to about 1/2 way into the baffling.

Nah, I'm a leeeetle dense. Prolly comes from being wrong so often despite the fact that I tell everyone that I'm never wrong.

Some dictionaries do list not open as one of the many adjectival definitions of close, but in actual 21st-century usage close usually gives way to closed for this sense. Still, logic rarely holds sway over English usage or the rantings of you Trekkie.
Leave it to you to go "literally" mental over a typo.

From you I usually expect nothing more though.
