My Idea of a VX Cup holder/Console

This isn't for everyone but sure does work for me. You can't see it, but there are Two large cup holders in the back also.

So is this just an idea or did you actually build this and install it?

Yes I use it everyday. As far as install, No modifications to any of the existing console. All I did was cut the bottom out and notch the front out and took armrest off. This then just slides down and fits over every thing. Haven't needed to screw or bolt it down. Fits nicely the way it is. When you slide the lid back everything is accessible, defrost, mirror buttons etc. Seats slide fine and seat belts latch, unlatch easily.

Never have, but if I needed Too I can. It still pulls up. But like I said in my first post I understand it's not for everyone, I like its usefulness and just thought to share.

IMHO - yer thinkin outside the box ... & that's a good thing. May not be for everyone but you're the only one that needs to be pleased with the results. KUDOS.

If'n nobody thought outside the box, we wouldn't have Marlinstein, Frankenstein, ORW, OFH, or superflexy (just to name a few).

hmmmm stop it people!!!!!!!!! stop giving me these to do lists hajahajahajaha I dont think i recognise my original car anymore DOH! so if its not 2 much to ask, what car did you nick that off >> the parking break issue all id do is shorten the handle so it can slide up and down.
