I don't think anybody has made this yet, if so you can close this thread.
I made a pdf copy of the cd shop manual. I don't use windows daily (linux is my jam) and found it useful to have this as a pdf. I can actually search for words in this pdf unlike the other shop manuals around since they are like images and this one is actually text and images. Also this means the files size is much smaller at around 30MB with 3112 pages.
So hopefully you will find use out of this.
