I posted there was a Passenger regulator on ebay, about a month ago or so....but it finally sold.

Here's a BRAND NEW one...a bit pricey since it's at ALL Hyundai/Kia in California...but it's available, depends on how bad you want it I guess.

Actually, it could be a bad relay. See if you can hear where the clicking is coming from. If the clicking is coming from the kickpanel, there's a chance it's just the relay. I don't know if you can take it apart & clean it or if you need to source a new one.

Clicking is coming right from around the switch/door handle area.

That means your relay is functioning so it's probably your regulator.

I've had luck with other cars doing this:
Remove door panel and while activating the window up/down switch back and forth tap the motor with a small hammer. If the gears are bound this can jar them loose. It's worth a try.

just went through the same thing. R&R the motor. you want a Cardone 47-4307. Don't let them sell you a 4309, its a different drive gear even though it says it fit, it don't.

Never taken off door panel before. Steps to remove
take off handle, disconnect window and lock switch, remove screw for door opener, pop off plastic tabs holding door panel on
    anything else?
